The biggest decision related to the welfare of farmers has been taken today.

A decision has been taken regarding MSP for Rabi Crops for the upliftment of farmers. For this, the MSP has been increased. Let us inform you that during the cabinet meeting, a decision was made to increase the MSP of Ravi crops, which is a big Diwali gift for the farmers. According to the report, the government has fixed a new MSP for Rabi crops for the marketing season (2025-26).

Under this, the MSP for Rabi Crops of wheat has been increased by ₹ 10 per quintal to ₹ 24-25. Till now it has increased from ₹ 2500000 per quintal to ₹ 950 per quintal. Similarly, the MSP of gram has been increased by ₹ 10 per quintal. A decision has been taken to increase. The new MSP in gram has been made 50. Which was earlier in 4440. Related to the welfare of farmers. It is related to the welfare of farmers, you all know. In the first 100 days of this third term, very big decisions were taken for the farmers and this decision is a complete transformative decision of the last 10 years.

All the decisions are in the same sequence. And in all these decisions you will see that there is a clear thought process. That is the thought process. The risk of farmers should be reduced, income should increase, scientific inputs and technical inputs should increase, quality should increase, and value addition should be done keeping all these things in mind. And today in the same sequence, MSP for the Rabi marketing season has been approved. And as you saw, a huge increase has been made in Kharif as well as in Rabi. What is the market condition? After looking at all that, the biggest factor is. On that basis, there are six Rabi crops. Will see the first column of those six Rabi crops. This will be its cost in this year’s Rabi season based on the projection of CSP in the second column. This year’s MSP will be based on last year’s MSP. It is placed before you. If you look more actually in the third column, in the fourth column you will find the MSP for Rabi. And there is a significant increase.

We will see if wheat has been increased by Rs 150, for barley i.e. barley it has been increased by Rs 130, for gram i.e. gram it has been increased by Rs 210. For lentils, it has been increased by Rs 275 and for mustard, it has been increased by Rs 300. And for Safflower i.e. Safflower, there has been an increase of Rs 140. I would like to draw your attention, especially to this fourth column and last column. You all must pay attention to this column, the cost of each item. How much more is MSP than cost? Clear is shown in this column. Who many times want to fight the battle of narrative and fake narrative.

If these true figures are presented before them then many things will become clear on their own. Wheat is 105 times the cost at 100% i.e. practically double the cost. You see the cost of wheat is the projected cost of 1182 and the MSP is 2425 i.e. practically double. The right is more at 105. How much should it be according to the calculations? 

105 par should normally be 50 par more than the cost but in this case, this is 105 par more which means it is practically double the cost same is the case with Barley Gram Little Mustard and Sun Flower 60 par more in the case of Barrley 60 More in case of Grams at 89 More in case of Lentils Masoor at 98 More in case of Mustard at 50.

Because of that he always has goodwill towards the government. There is a good feeling. I would like you to compare it with the MSP for Rabi Crops of 2014 and see that this is the MSP of 2015.
